Stir Fried Flank Steak with Peppers
A classic Chinese dish featuring marinated flank steak, stir-fried with peppers and spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Flank Steak
- β2 Bell Peppers
- β1 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

3. Add the sliced steak to the marinade and mix well.

4. Let the steak marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.

6. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok and swirl to coat.
