Spicy Thai Koi Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry made with fresh koi, noodles, and a variety of Thai spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup sliced Koi
- β8 oz Noodles
- β2 tsp Aerated Thai red pepper flakes
- β2 tbsp Adventurous Thai green curry paste
- β1 cup chopped Pak leafy greens
- β1 tsp Thai fish sauce
- β1 tsp Thai palm sugar
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced koi and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the koi from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok.

Add the Thai green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the noodles to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the chopped pak leafy greens, Thai red pepper flakes, Thai fish sauce, and Thai palm sugar to the wok.

Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, until the greens are wilted and the noodles are cooked through.

Return the cooked koi to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
