Saudi Arabian Pork Belly Kebabs
Tender pork belly marinated in a blend of Saudi spices and grilled to perfection, served with a side of aromatic rice.
Ingredients

- β2 cups aromatic rice
- β2 tbsp adventurous spice mixBlend of Saudi spices
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together adventurous spice mix, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the pork belly to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the pork belly from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until caramelized and cooked through.
