Turkish Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic Turkish dish made with lamb, spices, and herbs, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, boneless and cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tsp Turkish chili flakes
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β10-12 Wooden skewersSoak in water for 30 minutes before use

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili flakes, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the marinade.

4. Thread the lamb cubes onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

5. Brush the grill with some oil to prevent sticking.

6. Grill the lamb kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
