Syrian Chicken Shawarma Wrap
A flavorful and spicy chicken shawarma wrap filled with juicy chicken, crunchy vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, all wrapped in a warm pita bread.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons Middle Eastern spice blend (sumac, cumin, coriander, paprika)
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1 medium Chopped onion
- β1 medium Chopped cucumber
- β1 medium Chopped tomato
- β1 cup Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill)
- β4-6 Pita bread
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

In a large bowl, whisk together the Middle Eastern spice blend, lemon juice, and olive oil to make the marinade.

Add the chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
