Kabocha and Aerated Wrap
A unique combination of kabocha squash and aerated chocolate in a crispy wrap. Perfect as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- ●1 medium Kabocha squash
- ●100g Aerated chocolate
- ●1 Brazilian wraplarge
- ●1 tbsp Honey
- ●0.25 tsp Cinnamon powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the kabocha squash in half and scoop out the seeds.

Place the kabocha squash on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of honey.

Roast the kabocha squash in the oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.

Meanwhile, melt the aerated chocolate in a double boiler.

Warm the Brazilian wrap according to package instructions.

Arrange the roasted kabocha squash on the wrap, followed by the melted aerated chocolate.

Sprinkle with cinnamon powder to taste.
