Venezuelan Farfalle Pasta Bake
A rich and creamy baked pasta dish with venezuelan cheese and aerated texture, inspired by venezuelan cuisine.
Ingredients

- ●100g Rich cheeseGrated
- ●50g Aerated cheeseShredded
- ●200g Tomato sauceHomemade or store-bought
- ●20ml Vegetable oilFor greasing

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the farfalle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, combine the tomato sauce and 20ml of vegetable oil. Heat over medium heat.

Add the grated rich cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, the cheese sauce, and the shredded aerated cheese. Mix well.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with additional grated rich cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
