Venezuelan Empanadas

- β2 cups flourall-purpose flour
- β1 cup aeratedaerated flour for extra flakiness
- β1 cup waterwarm water
- β1 cup cheesegrated queso venezolano
- β2 eggsbeaten eggs for egg wash
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp oilfor brushing pastry

Instructions

Combine flour, aerated flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Gradually add water and mix until dough forms.

Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
