Slovakian Pork Dumplings with Airy Dumpling Dough

- β1 tsp slovakian salt
- β1 pound pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp caraway seeds
- β1 tsp slovakian paprika
- β1 package dumpling dough slovakianavailable in some European markets or online

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, warm water, salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix until dough forms.

Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll into balls.

On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle.

Place 1-2 tablespoons of pork mixture in center of each dough circle.
