Cardamom and Airy Omelette
A light and fluffy omelette infused with the warm flavors of cardamom, perfect for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients

- β0.25 cup airychopped fresh parsley

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and swirl it around.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle the ground cardamom over the eggs and use a spatula to gently fold the omelette in thirds.
