Delicate Spanakopita
A classic Greek spinach pie made with a delicate phyllo crust.

Ingredients
- β1 package frozen, thawed spinachsqueeze out excess water
- β1 package spanakopitathawed
- β1 package airy phyllo doughthawed
- β1 block, crumbled feta cheeseoptional
- βto taste black pepper
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw spanakopita package according to instructions.

Unroll phyllo dough and cut into desired size.

Combine spinach and feta cheese (if using) in a bowl.

Place a tablespoon of spinach mixture onto one half of the phyllo dough.

Fold the other half over the filling and press edges to seal.
