Delicate Nabemono Bean Stew
A light and flavorful Japanese-inspired stew made with delicate ingredients and a variety of beans. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, drained and rinsed Kidney beans
- β1 packet Delicate Nabemono
- β1/2 cup Dried airy Japanese mushrooms
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- β1 tablespoon Grated ginger
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and ginger to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the kidney beans and Nabemono to the pot.
