Dutch Pancakes
A light and airy pancake recipe inspired by the Dutch tradition. Serve with fresh fruit or powdered sugar for a delicious breakfast treat.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Doughall-purpose flour
- β2 large eggs Airyfresh
- β1 cup Indulgentmilk
- β2 tablespoons Pancakesbutter, melted
- β2 tablespoons Sugargranulated
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

The batter should still be slightly lumpy.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
