Crispy Fried Gnocchi
A simple yet satisfying Italian-inspired dish that combines soft gnocchi with a crunchy fried crust.

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 Egg
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/2 cup Olive oil
- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, combine flour, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.

4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into a long rope.

5. Cut the rope into 1-inch pieces to form the gnocchi.

6. Dip each gnocchi into the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally the breadcrumbs to coat.
