Algerian Clotted Cream Crumble
A classic Algerian dessert with a twist, featuring a crumbly crust and a creamy topping.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Clotted cream
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugarOptional
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons Confectioners sugar
- β1 cup Crumble topping
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Roll out the Algerian pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a 9-inch round baking dish.
