Almond Adventure Cake
A moist almond-based dessert with a hint of adventure in every bite.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups almond flour
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 teaspoon baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Butter two 8-inch (20cm) round cake pans and dust them with almond flour.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each cake comes out clean.

Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cakes are cool, place one of them on a serving plate and dust it with confectioners' sugar.

Top the first cake with the second cake and dust the top with confectioners' sugar.
