Grilled Italian-Style Skewers
A quick and easy recipe for delicious skewers made with tofu, amazing sauce, and grilled to perfection. Perfect for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 block, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes tofu
- β1/4 cup amazing sauce
- β4-6 grilled skewers
- β1/4 cup filipino-style marinade
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together amazing sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Thread tofu, grilled skewers, and filipino-style marinade onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush skewers with sauce mixture, making sure to coat all the ingredients.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until tofu is golden brown and charred.
