Russian-Style Turkey Kebabs
A flavorful and hearty dish featuring marinated turkey kebabs served with a side of aromatic Russian-style potatoes.

- β200g hamdiced
- β10 kebab skewers
- β1 bunch aromaticfresh parsley
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β salt
- β pepper
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium oniondiced

Preheat grill to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
