Uruguayan Rice Pilaf
A simple yet flavorful side dish from Uruguay, made with aromatic spices and long-grain rice.

- β2 cups water
- β2 tsp aromatic spicessuch as saffron, cumin, and paprika

- β1 small onionchopped
