Korean-Style Anchovy Fried Rice

Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Anchoviespacked in oil, drained and chopped
- β2 tsp Fried rice seasoningor to taste
- β2 tsp Dense anchovy pasteor to taste
- β1 tsp Soy sauceor to taste
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped, for garnish
- β1 tsp Sesame oilor to taste
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped anchovies and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Canadian rice and stir to combine with the anchovies and oil.
