Baked Drumsticks with Honey Amber Glaze
Crispy fried drumsticks coated in a sweet honey amber glaze, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup 1 cup buttermilk
- β2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons honey
- β2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons amber
- β1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon paprika
- β1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1 cup 1 cup all-purpose flour
- βfor frying Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, honey, amber, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken drumsticks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix flour. Remove drumsticks from buttermilk mixture and coat in flour, shaking off excess.

Heat about 1/2-inch (1 cm) of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry drumsticks in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Transfer drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
