Korean Stir Fry with Amber and Scallion

Ingredients
- β1 cup amber
- β1 bunch scallionchopped
- β1 block tofucubed
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp rice vinegar
- β1 tsp sesame oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp sugar
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped scallion and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and garlic.
