Saudi Arabian Hash

- β1 cup arabian hashcrushed
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced pork and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
