Lamb Kebabs with Algerian Spices
A flavorful and aromatic lamb kebab dish with Algerian spices, great for a quick dinner or outdoor BBQ.
Ingredients
- β1 pound LambCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Algerian spice blend
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1 large Crisp onionThinly sliced
- β1 large Aromatic bell pepperThinly sliced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. In a small bowl, mix together Algerian spice blend, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the spice mixture to the lamb cubes and mix well to coat.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
