Grilled Beef Skewers with Brazilian Chimichurri
A flavorful Mexican-inspired dish featuring juicy beef skewers served with a tangy and herby Brazilian-style chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 aromaticcloves of garlic, minced
- β1 densepound of fresh oregano, chopped
- β1/4 cup brazilianred pepper flakes
- β1 dozen skewersmetal or bamboo

2. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the beef to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
