Pan-Seared Barramundi with Polish Flair
A delicious and aromatic dish that combines the flavors of Poland with the freshness of barramundi.
Ingredients
- β4 Barramundi fillets
- β Skilletfor cooking
- β1/2 pound Aromatic Polish sausagesuch as kielbasa
- β1 loaf Dense whole-grain rye breadfor serving
- β1 bunch Fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the barramundi fillets with salt and black pepper.

Add the barramundi to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, slice the Polish sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Once the barramundi is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
