Pak Choi and Aromatic Beef Stew

Ingredients

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.

Add the pak choi and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the aromatic spice mix and Egyptian stew spice to the pan and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat with the spice mixture.

Pour in enough water to cover the beef and pak choi, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
