Turkish-Style Grilled Fish Kebabs

- β4 fillets Fish (Cod or Tilapia)4 oz each
- β2 tbsp Turkish Spicesmix of paprika, cumin, coriander, and sumac
- β2 tbsp Aromatic Olive Oilinfused with garlic, lemon, and herbs
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped, for garnish
- β1 cup Herbal Ricecooked with herbs and spices
- β4 Lemon Wedgesfor serving

In a small bowl, mix together Turkish Spices, Salt, and Aromatic Olive Oil.
