Japanese Kushiyaki Chicken Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make Japanese-inspired dish featuring marinated chicken, aromatic vegetables, and a sweet soy sauce glaze.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegarfor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Sugarfor marinade
- β1 teaspoon Gingergrated, for marinade
- β1 cup Green onionsfor skewers
- β1 cup Bell peppersfor skewers
- β1 cup Onionsfor skewers
- β1/2 cup Aromaticfor skewers

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and ginger to make the marinade.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Thread the marinated chicken, green onions, bell peppers, onions, and aromatic onto kushiyaki skewers.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
