Creamy Chicken Gratin
A rich and satisfying French-inspired dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy gratin.
Ingredients
- ●1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts chickencut into 1-inch pieces

- ●1/4 cup all-purpose flour light
- ●1 cup grated Gruyère cheese french
- ●1/2 cup heavy cream gratin

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously.
