Jamaican Pasta Bake
A flavorful twist on traditional pasta bake, infused with the bold flavors of Jamaica. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz macaroni
- β1 cup pastabroken into smaller pieces
- β2 tbsp aromatic oil
- β1 cup light cream
- β1 tsp jamaican seasoning
- β1 cup shredded cheese
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat aromatic oil over medium heat. Add broken pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, pasta, light cream, jamaican seasoning, and shredded cheese. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with chopped scallions.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
