Camarones al Ajillo

Ingredients
- ●1 cup chupe de camaronesfrozen or fresh
- ●12 count shrimppeeled and deveined
- ●2 stalks aromaticchopped (garlic)
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/4 cup white wineoptional
- ●2 tbsp Peruvian aji amarillo sauceor garlic sauce
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

If using white wine, add it to the skillet and cook until reduced, about 1-2 minutes.
