Kenyan Saffron Rice Bowl
A flavorful and aromatic rice bowl dish inspired by Kenyan cuisine, featuring saffron-infused rice and a hint of spices.
Ingredients

- β1/2 teaspoon Saffron threadssoaked in 2 tablespoons hot water
- β1 teaspoon Aromaticground cumin and coriander mix
- β1/2 cup Hashdiced and fried
- βto taste Salt

Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh sieve until the water runs clear.

In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and 2 cups of water.

Add the soaked saffron and its liquid to the saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
