Creamy Italian Pasta
A classic Italian dish made with pasta, creamy sauce, and a touch of parmesan. Perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz pasta
- β2 tbsp italian silkybutter
- β1 small onion, diced aromatic
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1/2 cup, grated parmesan
- β1 cup milk
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, melt the italian silky over medium heat. Add the aromatic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Stir in the parmesan until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce until well coated.
