Malaysian-Style Fried Rice
A flavorful and easy-to-make fried rice dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons aromatic oilsuch as vegetable or canola oil

- β1 ripe bananasdiced
- β1 cup frydiced, such as shallots or scallions
