Adana Kebap
A classic Turkish dish originating from Adana, this kebap is made with lamb and spices. Serve with rice, salad, or flatbread for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb
- β2 tsp Turkish Spice Mix
- β1 tsp Spicy Red Pepper Paste
- β2 tbsp Aromatic Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β4-6 slices Breadfor serving
Instructions

Combine lamb, Turkish Spice Mix, Spicy Red Pepper Paste, garlic, and onion in a bowl. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat Aromatic Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Transfer the lamb to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Reduce the heat to medium and add a bit more oil to the skillet if needed. Add the bread and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until toasted.

Serve the lamb with the toasted bread, salad, or rice. Enjoy!

Optional: Grill the lamb for a smoky flavor or cook it in a grill pan for a crispy exterior.
