Uruguayan Broccoli Gratin
A twist on the classic gratin, this dish combines the rich flavors of Uruguay with the earthy goodness of broccoli.
Ingredients

- ●1 head of garlic, minced aromatic
- ●1 cup, shredded gratin
- ●to taste salt

- ●2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Rinse the broccoli and cut it into florets.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

5. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

6. In a separate bowl, mix the gratin and a pinch of salt and pepper.
