Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup
A flavorful and spicy noodle soup originating from Vietnam. This recipe combines the richness of beef broth with the heat of Vietnamese chili sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 lb beef brisket or chuck
- β2 stalks aromatic
- β1 package pho
- β2 tbsp chili sauce
- β1 tsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp sugar
- βto taste black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Roast the beef bones in the oven for 30 minutes.

3. In a large pot, combine the roasted bones, beef brisket or chuck, aromatic, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

4. Strain the broth and discard the solids.

5. Add the pho, chili sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Slice the cooked beef into thin strips.
