Korean Rhubarb Wrap
A sweet and savory Korean-inspired wrap filled with rhubarb and gooey honey.

- β1/2 cup, cut into 1-inch pieces Rhubarb
- β2 tbsp Gooey Honey
- β1 large flour tortilla Wrap
- β1/4 tsp Authentic Korean Chili Flakes (gochugaru)
- βto taste Coarse Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the rhubarb and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly caramelized.

Brush the honey onto the tortilla.

Fill the center of the tortilla with the cooked rhubarb mixture.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap.
