Beef and Poppy Seed Hash
A nutritious and flavorful hash dish made with ground beef and topped with crunchy poppy seeds.

- β1 cup canadian hashdiced
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β1 medium bell pepperdiced

- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the Canadian hash and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with poppy seeds.
