Berry Bliss Muffins
Moist and flavorful muffins made with a mix of berries and topped with a crunchy blissful streusel topping.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- β2 large eggs
- β3/4 cup milk
- β1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- β2 tbsp bliss (sugar and cinnamon mixture)
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and mixed berries.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

To make the bliss topping, mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the bliss topping evenly over the muffin batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
