Canadian Frittata
A breakfast dish made with Canadian bacon and eggs, perfect for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients

- ●6 eggslarge eggs
- ●1/4 cup bitterchopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Canadian bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked Canadian bacon in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with chopped bitter.

Use a spatula to carefully loosen the edges of the frittata from the skillet.
