Filipino-Style Stir-Fried Tempeh
A quick and easy stir-fry dish from the Philippines, featuring crispy tempeh, crunchy vegetables, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons oilsuch as vegetable or peanut oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium bell pepperchopped
- β1 medium bitter melonchopped
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor tamari for gluten-free
- β1 tablespoon oyster sauceoptional
- βto taste black pepper

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tempeh and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
