Stir-Fried Quinoa Bowl with Japanese Twist

- β1 medium bitter gourdpeeled and sliced
- β1 medium carrotpeeled and sliced
- β2 tbsp creamy soy saucestore-bought
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor stir-frying
- β1 tsp sesame seedsoptional

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced bitter gourd and carrot and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet and stir to combine.
