Prawn Stir-Fry with Mediterranean Flair
Quick and easy, this stir-fry combines succulent prawns with the bold flavors of the Mediterranean. A perfect dish for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound prawnfresh or frozen
- β1/4 cup, chopped bittersuch as bitter gourd or endive
- β1/4 cup, chopped crispycertain types of lettuce or fried shallots
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste salt
