King Prawn Stir Fry with Zanzibari Twist
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish featuring king prawns and a hint of zanzibari, served with a side of bitter greens.
Ingredients
- β12 oz King PrawnsFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Indulgent Stir Fry Sauce
- β1 bunch Bitter Greens (such as kale or collard greens)
- β1-2 Zanzibari pepper
- β3 cloves Dense garlic
- βto taste Salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the king prawns and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the zanzibari pepper, dense garlic, and stir fry sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the bitter greens to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.

Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and toss to combine with the greens and sauce.
