Traditional Dutch Stamppot

- β1 bunch Kalechopped
- β4 slices Smoked sausagesliced

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in a large pot until they're tender.

Meanwhile, chop the kale into small pieces.

In a separate pan, cook the smoked sausage over medium heat until crispy.

Add the chopped kale to the pan with the sausage and cook until wilted.

Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork and add to the pan with the kale and sausage.
