Croatian Semolina Pudding with Fruit
A traditional Croatian dessert made with semolina, perfect for warm weather. Serve chilled with fresh fruit for a light and refreshing treat.
Ingredients

- β2 cups milk
- β1 cup sugar
- β2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 ounce, grated bitter chocolate
- β1 cup, sliced fresh fruit

In a medium saucepan, combine the semolina, milk, sugar, and butter.
