- β1 can (14 oz) ChickpeasDrained and rinsed
- β1 medium Bitter melonSliced
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 medium TomatoDiced
- β1 tablespoon JaggeryDissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- βto taste Salt
- βfor garnish Fresh cilantro

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
