Mediterranean Chicken Falafel Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with crispy falafel, juicy chicken, and crunchy vegetables, all wrapped in a warm pita.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β4 cups Bitter greens
- β1 Mediterranean pita bread
- β1/4 cup Feta cheese
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the falafel and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Warm the pita bread in the oven for 5 minutes.

Assemble the wrap by spreading a layer of feta cheese on the pita, followed by a layer of bitter greens, a few pieces of falafel, and a few slices of cooked chicken.

Drizzle with additional lemon juice and olive oil, if desired.
